上海证监局：行政刑事双管齐下严打财务造假
据中国证券报报道，上海证监局有关负责人12日表示，对于上市公司财务造假等违规信息披露行为，要依法从严惩治、从重打击，行政与刑事双管齐下，以切实提高上市公司财务造假等证券期货违法成本。
