温面,顾名思义,晾凉的冷面里面加上热汤即成。其实说起这种面种的形成,还和秦始皇有关系呢!秦始皇统一六国后,为使自己长生不老,号令天下能士集思广益做长生不老之药,因此,玉米温面才脱颖而出,相传吃后能延年益寿,而称为佳品。又后来流传于韩国宫廷,得名“韩国宫廷温面”,现在已是风靡韩国的佳品,老少皆宜,延年益寿。

Cold noodles with hot soup, as the name suggests, are made by adding hot soup to cool cold noodles. Actually, when it comes to the formation of this kind of noodles, it has something to do with Emperor Qin! After Qin Shihuang unified the six countries, in order to make himself immortal, he ordered all the wise men in the world to brainstorm and make the medicine for immortality. Thus, corn cold noodles with hot soup come to the fore, and it is said that the noodles can prolong life after eating, hence a top grade. Later, the noodles were spread to the Korean court, named "Korean court cold noodles with hot soup". Now the noodles are a popular product in Korea, suitable for both young and old, and can prolong life.

玉米温面以玉米面条、洋葱、香菇、辣椒、牛肉牛骨汤为主材。热锅凉油,先把干辣椒面炒香;再倒入切好的香菇、辣椒、洋葱丁炒香,加适量的白糖,倒入鲜酱油。切好的大蒜蓉、芝麻分部放入,之后再加入适量的香油提香,然后盛出即可,这样朝鲜温面的“温面酱”就做好了。玉米面条先用凉水泡发20-30分钟左右,之后下锅煮15分钟左右,捞出过凉备用;另煮几个熟鸡蛋,去蛋壳备用。准备一大空碗,把煮好的玉米面条垫底,上面放些朝族泡菜、黄瓜丝、胡萝卜丝、葱花,再根据自己的口味,加些之前做好的“温面酱”,旁边配上半个熟鸡蛋。这样一碗朝鲜玉米温面,就做好了。

Corn noodles are soaked in cold water for about 20-30 minutes, then boiled in the pot for about 15 minutes, and then taken out and cooled for later use; cook some cooked eggs and remove the eggshell for later use. Prepare a large empty bowl, put the cooked corn noodles at the bottom, put some Korean kimchi, shredded cucumber, shredded carrot and chopped green onion on it, and add some "warm noodle sauce" prepared before based on your own taste, with half cooked eggs beside it. Such a bowl of Korean corn cold noodles with hot soup is ready.

要吃延边州最地道的温面一定要去和龙市,一锅老面汤煮了近30年没有关火,这里离延吉市大概有40公里的路程,延吉有每天发往那里的汽车。
