证券时报e公司讯，8月4日，辽宁沈阳市新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部发布《关于做好重点场所疫情管控的通告》：歌舞厅、麻将馆、足疗店、网吧等场所暂停营业。景区、景点、影院要落实扫码、测温、戴口罩等防护措施，接纳消费者人数不得超过景区、景点、影院最大承载量的50%。
