赤峰黄金：拟向赤金香港增资2.91亿美元
e公司讯，赤峰黄金(600988)12月10日晚间公告，为顺利实现收购Mensin Bibiani Pty Ltd 100%股权的交易，同时加强海外投资平台建设，公司拟向赤金香港增资2.91亿美元(或等值港币)。增资完成后，公司对其持股比例仍为100%。
