e公司讯，上海临港消息，2月28日下午，“抢滩新片区，决胜芯时代”——“东方芯港”集成电路项目集中签约活动顺利举行。活动现场，22个项目进行了集中签约，涵盖高端芯片设计、重点装备材料、先进封装测试等全链环节，涉及投资额达233亿元。截至目前，临港新片区已落地集成电路企业超150家，签约投资额超2000亿元。
