2022第五届美国AIIDA国际创新设计大奖由美国洛杉矶市政厅、美国洛杉矶商务局、美中贸易文化促进会与中国国际室内设计网联合举办。随着中美两国的文化交流的不断发展，促进中美两国在创意设计领域的更多的交流与合作。中国国际室内设计网作为中国室内设计行业的最具国际影响力行业平台，在全球范围内组织各项国际行业交流、考察、展览等活动来促进世界各国与中国在文化创意产业的相互交流与合作，为全球的创意设计产业的交流发展提供更加广阔的平台。
The American International Innovation Design Award (referred to as AIIDA Award) is for the world's most internationally renowned and influential designers, design institutions, outstanding young and middle-aged designers, etc., soliciting the most innovative and creative design works from all countries in the world. Through the AIIDA Award, the world will pay attention to the most cutting-edge design culture and innovative design concepts, accelerate the global development of cultural creativity and the design industry, and realize diversified international exchanges and cooperation in the design industry.

Michael C. Mitchell is an American planner, designer, lecturer and environmentalist. His work focuses primarily on the planning and design of destinations, attractions, leisure and rural development. Mitchell has contributed to more than 2,000 projects in 59 countries over this thirty-five year career.

上海晨光文具企业总部项目位于上海的新地标——拉斐尔云廊，它拥有1500名员工，多达35个部门，共覆盖18层办公空间，面积达21000㎡。MAG设计团队深入走访晨光文具企业内部，重新梳理空间架构、横竖向的交通关系，让整栋办公大楼井然有序。设计以“与光同晨”为概念，朝气蓬勃，向阳而生，寓意着企业是“晨光”一样的行业引领者，展现了上海晨光文具企业总部向阳而生的蓬勃力量。项目所呈现的国际化、归属感、生命力、灵活性及科技感，都给予每一个置身于此的人丰富多样的空间体验。
Shanghai M&G Stationery locates at the new landmark of Shanghai -- Rafael Sky City.with 1500 staffs and up to 35 departments, which comprises of one subsidiary corporation and possesses an office space totally covering 18 floors of that building with an area up to 21000 m2. MAG design group visited the M&G Stationery and made comprehensive inquiries to re-arrange the architecture and the vertical and horizontal traffic relationship, so as to keep the whole building in order. MAG determined “glorious thriving along with daylight” as its design concept. The concept, being full of youthful spirit and embracing the positive visions, implies that the corporation is the industry leader as the “glorious sunlight in the morning”, exhibiting the vigorous power of Shanghai M&G Stationery headquarter that embraces the positive visions. The project presents its internationalization, sense of belonging, vitality, flexibility and sense of technology to every one of them with various spatial experience.

犹如日出的第一抹阳光，万丈光芒，帷幕就此拉开……纯净的色彩和高级的材质彰显大堂的广阔大气，线条的干练和造型的简约营造动人效果。这是书本层叠的简约秩序感，是穿破云层的第一缕晨光，是大气磅礴的第一印象。
Like the first beam of sunlight of the sunrise, casting all its glorious splendor and creating a stage for perfect performance... Pure colors and high quality materials highlight the spacious atmosphere of the lobby, and the clean and practical lines as well as brief style create an impressive effect. It is the feelings of brevity and order reflected from layers of overlapping books, it is the first beam of daylight penetrating through the clouds, leaving a first impression of grandness and magnificence.

MAG提取“光晕”的形态融入到天花设计中，融合了各种点、线元素，打造专属晨光企业的空间，以震撼的视觉唤醒每一个员工及到访者。
MAG extracts the form of “halo” to be integrated into the ceiling design with a combination of various point and line elements, so as to build a space exclusive to M&G Stationery and wake up every employee and visitor with shocking vision.

项目的设计愿景是希望打破传统意义上的封闭感，创建出自由的办公环境。所有人的活动都将处于集体的可视范围内，每一个工作区间都是开放式的无遮挡状态，每一种行为规范及秩序都在同事间的自我约束中产生，从而构成积极的工作环境。
The design vision of the project lies in the expectation to break the traditional sense of closure and to create a free office environment. Activities of all staffs will be within the visual scope of group, and every workspace is designed in an open style with no shelter around, so every code of conduct or order is produced amid the self-restriction among colleagues, so as to constitute a positive working environment.

竖向上，为满足1500名员工的使用，做了层级分布。依据私密型——效率性——商务型将35个部分划分为三大类型，自下而上分布不同职能办公区。既考虑各部门之间的关系，也考虑员工在工作衔接中达到最高效率。
As for vertical design, hierarchy distribution is arranged to meet the using demands of 1500 staffs. 35 departments are categorized into 3 types according to private type, efficiency type and business type, and office areas with various functions are distributed from bottom to top. We not only think about the relations between different departments, but also take it into consideration as how to enable staffs to achieve the highest level of working efficiency in their coordination between works.
横向上，避免部门之间的交通重叠与交叉，设计师在每层设计了关键枢纽，避免了交通杂乱、空间碎片甚至是空间浪费，同时又让这个庞大的建筑体有了核心的社交聚集点，成为了这个办公项目最大的设计亮点。
As for horizontal design, in order to prevent traffic overlaps and crosses among departments, designers designed key junctions for each floor, so as to avoid traffic clutter, space debris and even waste of space, and at the same time to provide this huge building with core social gathering points, which becomes the biggest design highlight of this office project.

为了加强内部相互触发、连接，MAG认为工作环境始终“以人为本”，因此使用了不同的设计风格，以区分大楼公区、办公区及商务接待区，因地制宜地打造舒适的工作社交氛围，这也正是晨光文具所传达的人文关怀与企业文化。
In order to enhance interactive triggering and connection of inside space, MAG upholds to its belief that working environment should always “put people first”. Consequently various design styles were applied to distinguish among building common area, office area and business reception area, to build a comfortable atmosphere for working and social communication based on local conditions, which is also the very humanistic care and corporate culture delivered by M&G Stationery.

顶部两层的商务接待区，则采用了艺术馆般的极简商务风，搭载着水磨石、有机玻璃、金属不锈钢等材料的使用，将艺术格调拉满，使线条光成为主角，呈现超越时光的科技感。
The business reception area occupying top two floors of the building adopts the minimalist business style of art museum. It takes advantage of terrazzo, organic glass, metal stainless steel and other materials to create an atmosphere packed with artistic styles, so as to let the lines of light play a leading role to present a sense of technology beyond time.

无论在哪，上海晨光文具企业总部呈现的国际化、归属感、生命力、灵活性及科技感，都给予每一个置身于此的人丰富多样的空间体验。对内，这让员工办公不再乏味；对外，这传递着晨光文具企业向阳生长、生生不息的力量，传达着晨光文具企业自身的文化精神，塑造了晨光文具品牌的个性与态度。
