赣锋锂业：拟向全资子公司赣锋国际增资9.62亿美元
证券时报e公司讯， 赣锋锂业(002460)9月26日晚间公告，公司拟对全资子公司赣锋国际增资9.62亿美元；向江西领能锂业有限公司增资3亿元人民币，交易完成后，公司将持有领能锂业35.29%的股权。
