威唐工业：拟不超850万欧元收购汽车冲压模具公司
证券时报e公司讯，威唐工业(300707)11月20日晚间公告，为深入布局海外，公司拟向境外子公司VT Automotive GmbH增资850万欧元并通过全资孙公司德国VT Holding Gütersloh GmbH收购Ebmeyer Werkzeugbau GmbH 、Ebmeyer Verwaltungs GmbH及Ebmeyer Vermietungs- und Besitzunternehmen GmbH & Co. KG 100%权益。此次交易所需投资额不超过850万欧元，换算为人民币不超过6258.21万元。标的公司主营大型汽车冲压模具业务，主要产品为大型Class A级汽车覆盖件冲压模具。收购后，公司将以标的公司作为拓展欧洲区业务的核心海外平台。
