财联社12月16日电，兴森科技公告，全资子公司兴森投资拟以176.61亿日元（税前，约8.7亿元人民币）作为基础购买价格收购揖斐电株式会社持有的北京揖斐电100%股权。北京揖斐电专注于面向移动通讯用印制电路板产品，以高性能微小导孔和微细线路的高密度互连电路板（普通HDI和Anylayer HDI）为主要产品。
