江丰电子：拟以不超1亿元参与认购中芯集成首次公开发行战略配售
证券时报e公司讯，江丰电子(300666)3月23日晚间公告，公司拟作为战略投资者以自有资金不超过1亿元参与认购中芯集成首次公开发行战略配售。另外，公司拟使用现金不超过361.34万元果纳半导体的部分股份，转让完成后，公司持有果纳半导体0.2843%股权。
