汪小菲提告大S经纪人加重诽谤罪 限其3天内道歉

10月25日，据台媒，大S与前夫汪小菲2021年离婚后纷争不断，双方隔空交火，汪小菲不满日前在直播时透露“想复婚”，却遭大S经纪人廖玮琪批评“一边诋毁又一边示爱”、“以‘爱’之名，捏造不实，企图干扰法庭审理”，汪小菲因廖玮琪未在3天内道歉，上周委请律师向台北地检署提告廖玮琪加重诽谤罪，北检主任检察官已将廖玮琪分“他字案”被告侦办，近日传唤廖玮琪说明。
