【英国奢侈品电商Farfecth五亿美元卖身韩国电商巨头Coupang】财联社12月18日电，韩国跨境电商巨头Coupang发布公告称，计划收购英国奢侈品电商Farfecth发发奇及其关联公司资产。按照双方协议，发发奇将获得来自Coupang的5亿美元注资。该笔资金将帮助发发奇渡过近期的财务危机，避免其进入破产程序。
