证券时报e公司讯，白银有色(601212)7月22日晚间公告，拟以现金支付的方式购买某矿业公司（简称“目标公司”）的全部股权，并因此取得该目标公司控制权。目标公司目前在巴西经营一座在产铜金矿，该铜金矿为目标公司的主要资产，年均产铜精矿含铜总金属量约2万吨。
