【1—11月全国高校和科研机构专利转让许可同比增长19.1%】财联社12月23日电，据国家知识产权局介绍，我国推动中小企业与高校和科研机构技术对接，以专利产业化促进中小企业加速成长。今年1—11月，全国高校和科研机构专利转让许可5.5万次，同比增长19.1%。
