连日来，世界运河历史文化城市合作组织（WCCO）副主席张福堂、秘书长陈玲春一行赴北京，先后拜访联合国开发计划署（UNDP）驻华代表处，商务部中国国际经济技术交流中心，生态环境部应对气候变化司，中国社科院生态文明研究所，中国太平洋经济合作全国委员会（CNCPEC），中国民间组织国际交流促进会（中促会）等部门，充分交流，谋求新合作。
In recent days, Vice Chairman Zhang Futang and Secretary General Chen Lingchun of the World Historic and Cultural Canal Cities Cooperation Organization (WCCO)have visited Beijing. They have successively paid calls on various departments including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) China Office, China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges under the Ministry of Commerce, the Climate Change Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Research Institute for Eco-civilization, CASS, China National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation (CNCPEC), and China NGO Network for International Exchanges. They engaged in in-depth exchanges and sought new forms of cooperation.
