易普力：拟以3.16亿元收购松光民爆51%股份
人民财讯3月26日电，易普力(002096)3月26日晚间公告，公司拟以现金方式收购转让方持有的河南省松光民爆器材股份有限公司（简称“松光民爆”）51%股份，交易对价为3.16亿元。本次交易完成后，公司生产炸药许可产能规模将得到进一步提升，增加公司工业炸药产能6.0万吨/年（含拆线奖励）。
