盈峰环境：拟2亿元至3亿元回购公司股份
人民财讯4月10日电，盈峰环境(000967)4月10日晚间公告，公司拟以2亿元—3亿元回购股份，用于实施公司股权激励或员工持股计划，回购价格不超过9.25元/股。建设银行佛山市分行同意为公司实施股票回购提供专项贷款不超过2.7亿元。
