人民财讯4月28日电，企查查APP显示，近日，内蒙古瑞天数据标注技术创新中心有限公司成立，法定代表人为黄宇凯，注册资本500万元，经营范围包含：人工智能通用应用系统；数据处理服务；人工智能公共数据平台；计算机软硬件及辅助设备批发等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由海天瑞声全资持股。
