金花股份成立医药科技新公司
人民财讯5月12日电，企查查APP显示，近日，汉中金花医药科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为侯隽婷，注册资本5000万元，经营范围包含：药品批发；药品零售；药品进出口；医疗器械互联网信息服务等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由金花股份全资持股。
