【奥士康：取得不超过1.62亿元股票回购专项贷款承诺函】财联社5月13日电，奥士康(002913.SZ)公告称，近日，公司已取得中国银行出具的《贷款承诺函》，贷款额度最高不超过1.62亿元人民币，贷款期限不超过3年，用于股票回购。
