人民财讯5月16日电，企查查APP显示，近日，宁波远洋新明州船舶有限公司成立，注册资本5600万元，经营范围包含：从事国际集装箱船、普通货船运输；船舶租赁；国际船舶管理业务；船舶销售；普通货物仓储服务（不含危险化学品等需许可审批的项目）。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由宁波远洋全资持股。
