【广州房贷利率今起上调10BP 多家银行已执行】财联社5月17日电，广州多家银行上调房贷利率加点。从部分银行及房产中介获悉，5月17日起，广州地区银行首套房贷利率从原来的LPR-60bp调整为LPR-50bp，即五年期以上首套房贷利率涨10BP，由原来的3.0%上调到3.1%。
