慈星股份：拟购买沈阳顺义控股权 股票将停牌
人民财讯5月19日电，慈星股份(300307)5月19日晚间公告，公司拟通过发行A股股票及支付现金的方式，购买沈阳顺义科技股份有限公司（简称“沈阳顺义”）控股权，并同步募集配套资金，此次交易不会导致公司实控人变更。公司股票自5月20日开市时起停牌。
