【国泰海通：已累计回购3248.84万股A股股份 支付总金额5.57亿元】财联社6月4日电，国泰海通(601211.SH)公告称，截至2025年5月31日，公司已通过集中竞价交易方式回购A股股份3248.84万股，占公司总股本的0.1843%，购买的最高价为17.97元/股，最低价为16.49元/股，已支付的总金额为5.57亿元。此次回购的资金不低于10亿元，不超过20亿元，用于维护公司价值及股东权益。
