潮宏基：东冠集团拟减持公司不超3%股份
人民财讯6月5日电，潮宏基(002345)6月5日晚间公告，持股8.67%的股东东冠集团有限公司（简称“东冠集团”），计划15个交易日后的三个月内，通过集中竞价方式或大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过2665.54万股（占公司总股本的3%）。
