大秦铁路：聘任张竑毅为总经理
人民财讯6月17日电，大秦铁路(601006)6月17日晚间公告，因达到法定退休年龄，公司董事会决定解聘韩洪臣总经理职务。经董事长陆勇提名，董事会提名委员会审核，公司董事会决定聘任张竑毅为公司总经理。
