6月27日，长沙出让两宗涉宅用地，总成交金额6.35亿元。
其中位于芙蓉中心的[2025]长沙市029号地块，吸引7家竞买人激烈竞价50轮，最终由湖南园康置业投资有限公司与湖南信宇企业管理有限公司联合体以5.48亿元溢价49%竞得，楼面价11156元/㎡。
另一宗地块[2025]长沙市027号，仅一次报价后被长沙市雨花城市建设投资集团有限公司摘得，成交总价为8655万元。
