三达膜：清源中国拟减持公司不超3%股份
人民财讯1月18日电，三达膜(688101)1月18日公告，清源（中国）有限公司（简称“清源中国”）持有公司24.81%股份，计划通过集中竞价方式和大宗交易方式，减持公司股份合计不超过996.04万股，占公司总股本的比例不超过3%。
