【机构：今日国际DRAM涨幅仍多集中在DDR3颗粒】《科创板日报》4日讯，据集邦数据，今日国际DRAM颗粒现货价格整体上和昨日相似，下跌仍在DDR4和DDR5部分颗粒，涨幅仍多集中在DDR3颗粒，整体涨跌幅度不大。例如DDR5 16Gb (2Gx8) 4800/5600今日下跌0.09%，均价37.967美元；DDR4 8Gb (1Gx8) 3200下跌0.07%，均价30.86美元；DDR3 2Gb 256Mx8 1600/1866上涨0.74%，均价3.4美元 。
