【武商集团：董事兼总经理秦琴因退休离任】财联社2月26日电，武商集团(000501.SZ)公告称，公司董事、总经理秦琴因达到法定退休年龄并已办理退休手续，申请辞去公司董事、总经理及董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员职务。秦琴的辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。离任后，秦琴将不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务。
