人民财讯3月18日电，企查查APP显示，近日，新疆库木苏能源科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为杨孝新，注册资本5000万元，经营范围包含煤炭开采；煤炭洗选；煤炭及制品销售；煤制活性炭及其他煤炭加工；新材料技术研发等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由特变电工旗下新疆天池能源有限责任公司全资持股。
