【宁波东力：拟回购6000万元至1.2亿元公司股份】财联社3月24日电，宁波东力(002164.SZ)公告称，公司拟使用自有及自筹资金以集中竞价方式回购股份，用于实施员工持股计划或股权激励。本次回购总额不低于6000万元、不超过1.2亿元，回购价格不超过20.30元/股。
