莆田市民林金灿提供相关判决书反映，17岁儿子小林下班途中被陌生人曾某某持匕首捅刺致死，案件历经福建高院二审、最高法复核发回莆田中院重审、莆田中院重审等阶段，莆田中院重审认定曾某某作案时年龄不是18岁而是17岁，改判曾某某无期徒刑。曾某某父母称，当年为少交1000 元计生罚款改大1岁。
