人民财讯4月13日电，龙元建设(600491)4月13日公告，截至目前，公司及控股子（孙）公司逾期债务本金及利息金额合计11亿元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的10.9%。
另外，公司近日获悉，公司及控股子（孙）公司部分银行账户被司法冻结。截至目前，公司及控股子（孙）公司银行账户累计被冻结资金8905.12万元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的0.88%，占公司最近一期经审计货币资金的6.86%。
