通富超威新工厂二期项目在苏州启动
人民财讯5月20日电，5月20日，通富超威新工厂二期项目启动仪式在苏州举行。超威半导体公司2016年与通富微电集团在苏州工业园区合作成立苏州通富超威半导体有限公司。本次启动的二期项目，是通富超威立足产业趋势的重大战略布局，将进一步扩容高端先进封测产能。
