四方达：金刚石散热片已通过海外客户测试 进入小批量供货阶段
人民财讯5月27日电，四方达(300179)5月27日在机构调研时表示，在CVD金刚石散热领域，公司生产的CVD金刚石散热片热导率在2000W/（m·K）以上，可以用于高端科技产品，比如GPU散热。目前，公司金刚石散热片已通过海外客户测试，验证进展符合预期，并进入小批量供货阶段。同时，公司正加快推进沙雅年产2.5万片CVD金刚石散热基地建设，以更好匹配客户对批量、稳定交付的需求，保障订单顺利落地。
