人民财讯6月2日电，露笑科技(002617)6月2日公告，公司控股股东露笑集团有限公司及其一致行动人凯信投资管理有限公司－凯信露笑1号私募证券投资基金、凯信投资管理有限公司－凯信露笑2号私募证券投资基金、鲁小均、李伯英、鲁永计划15个交易日后的3个月内，通过集中竞价、大宗交易方式合计减持公司股份不超过3341.05万股（占公司总股本的1.75%）。
