7月20日消息，上汽集团发布公告称，上汽总公司承诺自承诺函签署之日（2026年7月20日）起6个月内，不以任何方式减持其持有的公司股份（包括因公司资本公积转增股本、 派送股票红利等事项取得的新增股份）。
截至目前，上汽总公司持有公司股份7,324,009,279股，占公司总股本的63.71%。
