格隆汇7月20日丨宁波韵升(600366.SH)公布，公司参股企业中韵矿业发展有限公司（称“中韵矿业”）的子公司中矿香港稀土资源有限公司（称“中矿香港稀土）拟将持有的 African Inkalamo Mining Company Limited（以下简称“非洲雄狮矿业”）的99%股权转让给 Sino Great Chemical Company Limited（称“买方”）。本次交易以现金方式支付，转让价格为1930.5万美元。
