8月5日消息，宇树科技发布首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市网上路演公告。
公告称，宇树科技股份有限公司首次公开发行人民币普通股并在科创板上市的申请已经上海证券交易所上市审核委员会审议通过，并已经中国证券监督管理委员会同意注册。
公司首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市网上路演将于2026年8月7日14:00-17:00举行。
本次拟公开发行新股4044.6434万股，占发行后总股本的10.00%。
