8月6日消息，当地时间8月5日，贝恩资本宣布，已同意从TA Associates及贡茶全球（Gong cha Global）其他股东手中收购茶饮品牌贡茶。交易财务条款未披露。交易预计于2026年第四季度完成，须满足惯常交割条件。
贡茶2006年成立于中国台湾地区，现总部位于英国，目前在33个市场经营近2200家门店。
