当地时间8月5日，谷歌及母公司Alphabet宣布，Google DeepMind联合创始人兼CEO德米斯·哈萨比斯（Demis Hassabis）将不再负责部门日常运营，转任Google DeepMind董事长与Alphabet首席科学家，同时继续领导Isomorphic Labs（Alphabet旗下AI制药全资子公司）。另外，GDM首席技术官兼首席人工智能架构师科拉伊·卡武库奥卢（Koray Kavukcuoglu）将升任GDM高级副总裁，直接向Alphabet CEO皮查伊汇报，并负责Gemini模型开发、前沿人工智能研究以及Gemini应用和开发者团队。消息后，谷歌股价下跌超4%。（第一财经）
