【财华社讯】石药集团(01093.HK)公布，集团开发的促性腺激素释放激素(“GnRH”)受体激动剂戈舍瑞林缓释注射液(SYH9102注射液)已获中国国家药品监督管理局批准，可在中国开展临床试验。
该产品为全球首款获批临床的即用型戈舍瑞林缓释注射液，可通过与垂体GnRH受体高亲和力结合并诱导受体降调节，抑制促性腺激素分泌，降低血清睾酮及雌二醇水平，实现药物去势。
