来特莫韦注射液主要用于接受异基因造血干细胞移植的巨细胞病毒(CMV)血清学阳性的成人受者，预防巨细胞病毒感染和巨细胞病毒病。来特莫韦注射液需联合基础输液使用，应用于造血干细胞移植围手术期。
