格隆汇9月11日丨鳄鱼恤(00122.HK)公布，于2026年9月11日，卖方大众环球投资有限公司(公司之间接全资拥有的附属公司)与买方Infinity Bright Capital Limited订立临时协议，据此，卖方已同意出售而买方已同意购买该物业(香港九龙观塘开源道50号利宝时中心20楼1、2、3、5、6、7、8及9号工作室及贮物室)，代价为2280万港元。于完成时，该物业将按「现况」基准交付予买方，并受该物业现有租约规限。
