格隆汇9月15日丨天下秀(600556.SH)公布，为提高募集资金使用效率，降低公司运营成本，在保证募集资金投资项目的资金需求及募集资金使用计划正常实施的前提下，公司拟使用额度不超过人民币40,000万元（含本数）的闲置募集资金临时补充流动资金。使用期限自公司董事会审议批准之日起不超过12个月，到期前将及时、足额归还至募集资金专户。
