格隆汇9月15日丨金洲管道(002443.SZ)公布，公司决定使用自有资金人民币68,000万元对全资子公司金洲智慧液冷技术（上海）有限公司（下称“金洲液冷”）进行增资。金洲液冷原有注册资本2,000万元人民币，增资后注册资本为70,000万元人民币，仍为公司全资子公司。增资资金用途：主要用于产品线扩建项目建设、生产运营及研发资金。
