《与水共生》讲述工程师们如何打通水底鱼类洄游的生态通道,利用开挖出的3亿多立方米土石创造万亩良田,他们在两岸修建帮助动物通行的生态桥梁,也移植百年古树,让它重获生机。“Living with Water” tells the story of how engineers have created ecological pathways for fish to migrate beneath the water surface. They have used the more than 300 million cubic meters of soil and rock excavated from the ground to create thousands of acres of fertile land. They also build ecological bridges along both sides of the river to facilitate animal movement, and they transplant ancient trees so that they can regain their vitality once again.

9月15日,平陆运河航区正式公布:运河内河段自起点至河海分界,即南宁横州市平塘江口至G75兰海高速钦江大桥,暂定为“内河B级航区”。这标志着新中国成立以来第一条通江达海运河的航区体系全面确立。On September 15, the navigation area of the Pinglu Canal was officially announced: the inland section of the canal, from its starting point to the boundary with the sea, i.e., from Pingtang River mouth in Hengzhou City, Nanning, to the Qinjiang Bridge on the G75 Lanzhou-Hankou Expressway, is temporarily designated as “Inland B-class Navigation Area”. This marks the establishment of the first navigation area system for a canal that connects rivers to the sea since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

内河船舶航行区域根据水文、气象条件划分为A、B、C三个等级,字母越靠前,风浪越大,对船舶的安全技术要求越高。根据《航区划分规则》,A级航区5%保证率对应的有义波高不超过2.0米,对船舶的结构强度、稳性、干舷和安全设备要求最高;B级航区5%保证率对应的有义波高不超过1.25米,要求适中;C级航区5%保证率对应的有义波高不超过0.5米,要求相对最低。The navigation areas for inland ships are divided into three levels based on hydrological and meteorological conditions: A, B, and C. The higher the letter, the greater the wind and wave conditions, and thus the higher the safety and technical requirements for ships. According to the “Navigation Area Classification Rules”, for A-class navigation areas, the maximum significant wave height at a 5% reliability level should not exceed 2.0 meters; this requires the highest standards for ship structural strength, stability, freeboard, and safety equipment. For B-class navigation areas, the maximum significant wave height at a 5% reliability level should not exceed 1.25 meters – this is a moderate requirement. For C-class navigation areas, the maximum significant wave height at a 5% reliability level should not exceed 0.5 meters – this is the lowest standard required.

平陆运河的航区体系呈现出清晰的梯度衔接格局。上游郁江段是B级航区,平陆运河内河段同样划为B级航区,两者无缝对接;下游钦州湾河海交界区则已被划定为全国首个“相当A级”航区,意味着该水域风浪条件与内河A级航区“相当”。符合内河A级船舶经检验签注并配备装载手册后,可合法行驶到钦州港完成装卸货。The navigation area system of the Pinglu Canal features a clear hierarchical structure. The Yujing River section upstream is a B-class navigation area, and the inland section of the Pinglu Canal is also classified as a B-class navigation area; these two areas are seamlessly connected. The area at the junction of Qinzhou Bay and the sea downstream has been designated as the country’s first “comparable A-class” navigation area, meaning that the wind and wave conditions in this area are comparable to those in A-class inland navigation areas. Ships that meet the requirements for A-class inland ships, after being inspected and having their certificates approved, and equipped with appropriate loading manuals, can legally navigate to Qinzhou Port to carry out loading and unloading operations.

9月13日,广西各族群众和东盟留学生相聚南宁民歌湖,以山歌、舞蹈等多种形式,欢庆平陆运河壮锦长卷竣工。该长卷以壮锦这一古老民族技艺为载体,定格平陆运河通航这一值得铭记的历史瞬间。On September 13th, people from various ethnic groups in Guangxi and students from ASEAN countries gathered at Nanning Miniang Lake to celebrate the completion of the Pinglu Canal Zhuang Brocade Scroll. This scroll, made using the ancient Zhuang textile craft, captures the significant historical moment when the Pinglu Canal was opened for navigation.

平陆运河壮锦长卷长13.4米、高1.8米,是按照平陆运河总长134.2公里的10000∶1的比例进行编织的,还原运河壮阔风貌,凸显沿线细节质感。长卷中,南宁国际会展中心,马道、企石、青年三大航运枢纽,横州茉莉花、钦州坭兴陶、壮族凤凰麒麟舞等图像栩栩如生,每寸锦缎都生动呈现了运河的灵动与磅礴。壮锦的经纬之间既藏着工程的宏伟,也载着各族人民的深情。The Zhuang Brocade Scroll measures 13.4 meters in length and 1.8 meters in height. It was woven at a scale of 10,000:1 relative to the total length of the Pinglu Canal, which is 134.2 kilometers. This makes it possible to reproduce the grandeur of the canal and highlight the details along its route. In the scroll, images of the Nanning International Convention Center, the three major shipping hubs such as Ma Dao, Qi Shi, and Qingnian, as well as products like Hengzhou jasmine flowers, Qinzhou Nixing pottery, and the Zhuang Phoenix Kylin Dance are vividly depicted. Every inch of the brocade beautifully shows the vitality and grandeur of the canal. The patterns of the Zhuang brocade reflect both the magnificence of the project and the deep feelings of people from all ethnic groups.

据悉,平陆运河壮锦长卷于9月13日至15日在南宁民歌湖壮古非遗艺术馆展出后,将在今年国庆假期期间在广西民族博物馆展出。It is reported that after being displayed at the Zhuang Ancient Intangible Cultural Heritage Art Museum in Nanning Miniang Lake from September 13th to 15th, the Zhuang Brocade Scroll will be exhibited at the Guangxi Ethnic Museum during this year’s National Day holiday.

Real-time visualization of navigation operations and risk warnings is possible; dispatchers don’t need to go on-site – they can monitor the status of the entire canal through the screen, with just a click of the mouse. The officially released electronic charting system works like a mobile phone navigation app, providing guidance for ships. Even when sailing at night, crew members won’t get lost.

“智”,更是“感知得到”的智慧。“Intelligence” means “perceiving accurately”.

These tools act like “super-eyes” and “super-ears”, transmitting real-time information about water conditions, slope conditions, and navigation activities, allowing ships to see clearly, calculate accurately, and navigate smoothly.

The intelligent systems on these ships can automatically plan the most efficient routes based on real-time conditions of the waterways. Fuel consumption and equipment performance are monitored in real time, and information between the ship and the shore is shared effectively. As the canal leads towards the sea, the “smart” connections extend to Qinzhou Port in the Beibu Gulf. Automated overhead cranes and intelligent guided transport vehicles work together, and container loading and unloading are carried out without human intervention, thus creating a seamless “last mile” connection between rivers and the sea.
