格隆汇9月17日丨真兰仪表(301303.SZ)公布，收到公司董事长、总裁李诗华先生出具的《关于提议回购公司股份的函》，李诗华先生提议公司使用首次公开发行普通股取得的超募资金及部分自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分公司已发行的人民币普通股（A股）股票。回购资金总额不低于人民币8,000万元（含），不超过人民币16,000万元（含）。
