格隆汇9月17日丨百利天恒(688506.SH)公布，为拓宽公司在除创新 ADC 药物研发平台（HIRE-ADC 平台），创新多特异性抗体药物研发平台（GNC 平台），以及特异性增强双特异性抗体平台（SEBA平台）及创新 ARC（核药）研发平台（HIRE-ARC 平台）以外其他前沿技术赛道的布局，补充公司技术矩阵。公司全资子公司 Panku Capital Limited（以下简称“盘古资本”）拟以500万美元认购 Connexus Therapeutics(以下简称“Connexus”或“标的公司”) 3,880,952 股 A 轮优先股股份，本次增资完成后，公司将持有Connexus 7.91%股权。
